Delete your Telbox account
You can permanently delete your Telbox account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Telbox and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are erased immediately — no email, no waiting.
By web request (no app needed)
Can't open the app? Request deletion below. We verify you own the account (via your registered phone number or email), then run the same server-side deletion the in-app button triggers.
We complete verified web requests within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.
Request deletion from the web
Fill in the number or email registered to your Telbox account. We'll send a verification step to that same number/email before anything is deleted, so nobody else can request deletion of your account.
Prefer email? Write to privacy@telbox.ai from — or naming — the phone/email on your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, phone/email identity, and device keys.
- Your messages, voice notes, and media blobs stored on our servers (we hold only ciphertext).
- Any AI-derived data — transcripts, summaries, extracted people and facts.
- Your subscription state, tasks, and audit rows tied to your account.
A small set of records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting, or data under an active legal hold). See the retention section (§6) of our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account here does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — manage that in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
