Sovereign Cell: your business, your infrastructure
A dedicated Telbox environment for direct conversations between your staff and your customers. Run the business workspace and records in your own infrastructure, with institutional signing keys in your own custody. Customers connect to your verified business in the Telbox app. The Telbox network handles identity and relays encrypted messages in both directions.
Your key, your KMS
The institutional signing key is generated in and held by your own key manager. We never see the private half.
A two-way customer channel
Your cell encrypts messages for the customer’s devices. Replies are encrypted back to your cell, where your staff can read and respond. The relay carries encrypted content and routing metadata; it has no message-decryption key on this path.
Customers choose the connection
Customers approve the connection from their own account and can disconnect later. Your organisation cannot grant that permission on a customer’s behalf. Deployment and agent access also have separate suspension controls.
Verified staff identity
Provision people over SCIM from your own directory, signed into the tenant registry so a recipient can tell a real message from an impersonation.
Single sign-on
OIDC against your identity provider, with full ID-token verification. Your existing access controls stay the access controls.
An auditable record
A hash-chained audit log, anchored externally so the chain isn’t merely self-signed.
Discuss a pilot deployment
Sovereign Cell is not generally available. Deployments are arranged with our team, with infrastructure, operational readiness and enabled capabilities agreed for each pilot. The implementation includes two-way text messaging, a staff workspace, customer connection controls on iOS, Android and web, and configurable retention, audit and supervisory-export jobs.
Optional in-cell drafting and text understanding use your configured model endpoint, subject to deployment enablement, your AI policy and staff consent. Cell AI starts disabled; external AI endpoints require an explicit administrator exception. Voice-note processing and calls are not included in this pilot description.
