Everything a space owner can do, in one list
This isn’t a summary. It is the complete set of things Telbox lets the owner of a space do.
What you run
- Create the space, name it, change the plan
- Invite by link, and reset that link whenever you want
- Add or remove seats, and pay one bill for all of them
- See who’s in it: their name, and when they joined
- Remove a member, leave, or delete the space
- Read the log of every change made to it
What isn’t on the list
There’s no message view. No thread list, no search, no export, no transcript. That isn’t a permission we withhold from owners and could hand over later. The product has no such route to call.
Buying a space also doesn’t create a room you sit in. There’s no admin thread, no shadow copy, no group you’re added to automatically. Redeeming an invite adds a seat, and that is the whole of what it does.
The log
The space keeps a record, and none of it can name a message
Every change to your space — plan, seats, billing, membership — is written to a log the owner can read. Each entry records that something happened and when. None of them carries message content, because the events are about the space, not about what is said inside it.

No monthly AI limits
Transcription, summaries, Ask and translation with no monthly limits, for the whole circle. The AI that processes it is contractually barred from training on it, the same as every other Telbox tier.
5 seats, up to 20
Five included, add more any time up to twenty. Planned $99/mo for the space, billed on the web rather than through the app stores.
Joining migrates nothing
Members keep their normal Telbox account and their whole history. Nothing moves, nothing is imported, nothing is left behind. A seat changes what someone is entitled to, not where their conversations live.
Leaving costs nothing
Give up the seat whenever you like and go back to your own plan. You keep your account and your history either way.

What a Private Space is not
We’d rather you find these here than after you’ve paid.
It isn’t your own server
Telbox runs and secures the infrastructure. That word is reserved for a dedicated deployment, which is a different product at a different price. This is a managed space with a guarantee about who can read it, not a box in your building.
It isn’t air-gapped
Messages travel end-to-end encrypted and we hold the cloud keys that keep the service running. We can’t read your conversations. We’re not going to claim we could never be compelled to do anything at all — nobody operating real infrastructure can honestly say that.
AI still leaves the space to be processed
When AI is on, your content is decrypted by our processor to do the work, under a contract that bars training on it. That’s true on every Telbox tier including this one. A space doesn’t create a private AI that never leaves it.
